Jacquelyn Kay Oerter (Frear), passed away Sunday, March 19, 2017 at the age of 72. Loving step-mother of  lance Oerter, Nikki Benner, and Jodi (Josh) Byrd; dear sister of Madalyn Ganser and Jeanette (Larry) Yackle; dear grandmother of Katelyn, Elena, Ethan, Alicia, Erin, and Drake. She was preceded in death by her Parents Henry (Eunice) Frear.

Services: A Memorial Service will be 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at Hutchens-Stygar Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 5987 Mid Rivers Mall Dr. St Charles MO. Memorial Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Hutchens-Stygar Funeral Home and Cremation Service.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are appreciated to Autism Speaks.

I knew Jackie as a fellow employee at Magellan. Every time I saw her at work she was cheerful and positive, which would help me on those days when I wasn't. All of us who worked with her were better for it. Thanks for that. Scott Lands.
